We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all sets that have not been open, worn, or tampered with.

Step one:

I.E Once submitted order # and email the customer will be emailed instructions with our return address.
* located in the U.S. and opt to use our label, you’ll receive a FedEx shipping label. You’ll simply need to print this off & drop your package off at a FedEx store or drop-off location. If you opt to use your own, we recommend dropping it off with your preferred carrier and using their tracking to follow the package back to our warehouse.
a. Ship your extensions back to us.
b. If you opted to receive an exchange or shop with store credit, they will be released as soon as the carrier receives your return package with the security seals intact on the set(s). For returns, please allow 3-5 business days once your set arrives back at our warehouse for your refund to be processed.

Step 3. Once the carrier receives your return package with the security seals intact on the set(s) and scans it into their tracking system, your new order will be released for processing!
